Greetings, Crew-bots!
« on: Feb 15, 2012, 07:39 pm »
Well, I just joined today and am looking forward to the chance to meet/network/cavort with the rest of you SM types out there.

I'm fairly new to the game, coming to stage management after years of performing, but I've found my home on the technical end of things and now fancy myself rather good at what I do.

While I'm in western North Carolina and high-profile jobs don't exactly exist out here, I welcome any correspondence for any of you cats and kittens that might help me grow on my way to bigger and better things.

Affections!

Welcome! There are only a couple of us in North Carolina at the moment, so it's always good to see another one join the forum!

Hi!  And welcome!  This is a fantastic site that I know you will enjoy and hopefully be able to glean from as well as participate.
I am also in "your neck of the woods" - Western North Carolina - and I love the mountains and just being here.
Again, welcome!

You have as much right to be here as anyone else. Never apologize for doing your job."

I saw this in your signature, and I just wanted to say I love it! A really good SM friend/mentor of mine said that to me when I was really having trouble dealing with some actors that were my age/2 years older. It's kinda become a little phrase that I said to myself sometimes now whenever I get a hard time from actors.

Anyways sorry off topic, Welcome to the forum Q5GO! Also from WNC over here! Nice to meet some other people from around here on the forum. :)
