Confidentiality Question
« on: Mar 03, 2007, 03:14 pm »
I am appling for an apprenticeship and one of the requirements is 5-7 pages that represent my stage management (paperwork, script pages, etc...) I am planning on using a contact sheet as one of my examples and was wondering how to handle confidentiality. I have blacked out all of the phone numbers and am unsure of whether to black out all the emails as well...or is it ok to leave everything? Any advice/ opinions?

Thanks so much!

You could simply use find and replace and invalidate all numbers and addresses...?

Yeah, totally black out names, e-mails and phone numbers.

Or make them up.

I would just print off a blank contact form. One does not need to see a filled in contact form to know how it is used.

If you really want to have a filled out form, create one for a John Doe or Mary Major.
